Common questions
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No, I bring everything I need. That said, if you have products you prefer, or products you’d rather I avoid because of allergies, pets, or sensitive surfaces, I’m happy to use yours instead. Just let me know when we set things up.
Do I need to be home while you clean?
That’s completely up to you. Some clients like to be home, others give me a door code or leave a key. Either way works. We’ll sort out entry details before your first visit, and I treat that information carefully.
How do deposits work?
Once we’ve confirmed a date and price, a $50 deposit holds your spot. It goes toward the cost of the cleaning, so it’s not an extra fee. It just makes sure the time I set aside for you is real for both of us.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, check, Venmo, or Zelle, whatever is easiest for you. Payment is due when the cleaning is done.
