Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No, I bring everything I need. That said, if you have products you prefer, or products you’d rather I avoid because of allergies, pets, or sensitive surfaces, I’m happy to use yours instead. Just let me know when we set things up.
Do I need to be home while you clean?
That’s completely up to you. Some clients like to be home, others give me a door code or leave a key. Either way works. We’ll sort out entry details before your first visit, and I treat that information carefully.
How do deposits work?
Once we’ve confirmed a date and price, a $50 deposit holds your spot. It goes toward the cost of the cleaning, so it’s not an extra fee. It just makes sure the time I set aside for you is real for both of us.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, check, Venmo, or PayPal, whatever is easiest for you. Payment is due when the cleaning is done.
What if I need to reschedule?
Life happens, I get it. Just give me at least 48 hours notice and we’ll find a new time, no problem. With less notice than that, the deposit may not carry over, since I usually can’t fill the spot that late.
How do recurring cleanings work?
We pick a rhythm that fits your home, usually weekly, biweekly, or monthly, and I hold that spot for you. Recurring clients get priority when scheduling shifts around. Most homes settle into biweekly visits.
What areas do you serve?
I serve Vancouver, Camas, and Washougal here in Southwest Washington. If you’re just outside those areas, reach out anyway. If I can make it work, I will.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is by the project, not the hour. It’s based on the size of your home, its current condition, how often I visit, and what you’d like done. The tables on my pricing page are honest starting points, and I’ll confirm your exact price before we put anything on the calendar.
Do you bring your own equipment, like a vacuum?
Yes. I arrive with my own vacuum, mop, cloths, and supplies. If you’d rather I use your vacuum, for instance if someone in the house has allergies, that’s fine too.
Are pets a problem?
Not at all. I like meeting the pets, honestly. Just tell me ahead of time who lives there and whether anyone needs to stay in a certain room while I work.
