This is the privacy policy for freshstartbybrooke.com, the website for Fresh Start by Brooke, a residential cleaning business in Southwest Washington. The short version: I collect only what I need to respond to you and run the business, and I don’t sell or share your information with anyone for marketing.

What I collect

When you send a message or a booking request through this site, you share things like your name, phone number, email address, property address, details about your home, and any photos you choose to attach. That’s it. The site doesn’t ask for anything it doesn’t need.

How it’s used

Your information is used to reply to you, prepare your quote, and schedule and perform cleanings. Entry details like door codes are treated as confidential and are never shared.

Who else touches it

A few services help this website run:

Cloudflare hosts the site and screens out spam submissions.
An email delivery service passes your form submission to my business email inbox.

These providers process your information only to deliver those services. I don’t sell your information, rent it, or share it with anyone for advertising.

Cookies and tracking

This site doesn’t use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Cloudflare’s spam protection may set a technical cookie strictly to tell people from bots.

How long I keep things

I keep messages and booking details as long as I need them to serve you and keep normal business records. If you’d like something deleted, just ask.
