How your exact price gets set

After you send a request, I’ll follow up to talk through your home: rooms, condition, pets, priorities, and anything you’d like me to skip. For bigger jobs I may suggest a quick walkthrough first. Then I’ll give you a firm price, and that’s the price.

I’m also putting together a room-by-room checklist that new clients can fill out ahead of time. It helps me quote accurately without a walkthrough, and it’ll live right on this page once it’s ready.

A $50 deposit holds your date and counts toward your total. Details are in the cancellation policy.
